2. Description of Service
OpenFeeds is an open-source RSS feed reader that allows you to subscribe to and read content from various sources. The Service is provided "as is" and may be self-hosted or used via our hosted platform.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload or transmit malicious code or content
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
5. Content
The Service aggregates content from third-party sources (RSS feeds). We do not own or control this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. You are responsible for the feeds you choose to subscribe to.
6. Open Source
OpenFeeds is open-source software. The source code is available under the terms specified in our repository. This Terms of Service governs your use of our hosted service, not the underlying software.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Free and Paid Plans
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our discretion.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
12. Refunds

13. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
